چکیده

OttoMoncorps keratosis is a rare dermatosis, which excessive keratinization of the nipple and areola mammary gland with an unknown etiology pathogenesis. According to classification proposed by LevyFrankel in 1938, disease can be represented three types: type 1 ― variant epidermal nevus, 2 associated other diseases 3 idiopathic. The diagnosis based on data clinical picture, diffuse gland, dark brown color, resembling basalt cubes. To date, there are no effective pathogenetic methods treatment, regular topical therapy recommended (topical steroids retinoids, keratolytics high concentrations, emollients moisturizers), as well surgical treatment (excision hyperkeratotic overlays carbon dioxide laser, radiosurgical methods).
 article presents unique case hyperkeratosis periarticular circle breast according 39-year-old patient. was made basis anamnesis (onset at puberty), typical picture (bilateral lesion; dermatosis form layers cubes), characteristic course (relapse after discontinuation local remedies). interest presented lies not only rarity this duration history (for 24 years), but also presence extra-mammary lesion possible association infertility
